Компонент для отображения LLM-ответа, загрузки или ошибки.

AiAnswer не парсит markdown, citations, streaming chunks и не владеет data model ответа. Потребитель передаёт нужный renderer через content, действия через actionsStart/actionsEnd, а suggestions через suggestions.
